Build a form, share the link or embed it on your own landing page, and every submission becomes a row in a Google Sheet you own. Keep editing it after it is live — fields, wording and colours all change in place, with no republishing and no new URL. It also fires a webhook the moment a response arrives, so Zapier, Make, n8n or your CRM picks the lead up in real time rather than waiting for an export. Each person can also get their own QR code by email, which you scan at the door to record that they arrived. No account for the person filling it in, and nothing for them to install.
Free plan includes 1 form and 10 submissions. No credit card.
Registration and check-in, one place
A live CMS, not a one-time build
Start with name, phone, email and message, then add exactly what you need. Add, reorder, rename, hide or delete fields — and change the wording and colours — on a form that is already collecting. The change is live the moment you save it: no republishing, no new URL, and an embed already on your landing page updates itself. Responses already in keep the fields they were submitted with, so your history stays readable.
Real-time webhook into anything
Route a lead into your CRM, fire a Slack alert or start an email sequence the second a form is submitted. Paste a Zapier, Make or n8n catch hook and every submission is POSTed as JSON, with fields keyed by both id and visible label so a Zap shows readable names. Failed deliveries retry with backoff, so an outage on your side delays the lead rather than losing it.
Your colours, not ours
Set the background, card, text, button and border colours, the corner radius and the font. Or start from one of eight ready palettes, each checked so button text and body text stay readable.
Straight into your Google Sheet
Every submission is a row in a spreadsheet you own, timestamped in your workspace timezone. Not a vendor dashboard you have to export from later.
A QR code per person
Optionally each submission generates its own check-in code. Scan it with any phone camera on the day and the arrival is recorded in the same sheet as the sign-up.
Confirmation email
Send the person a summary of what they submitted, carrying their QR code. A send that fails is retried automatically rather than silently dropped.
Embed anywhere
One iframe snippet works on Instapage, Unbounce, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and Webflow. An optional script auto-sizes the frame; without it the plain iframe still renders.
Same workspace as your scanners
Forms and scanner links live side by side and can write to the same spreadsheet, so registration and attendance end up in one place instead of two tools joined by a CSV.
Google Forms is free and genuinely good at collecting answers into a spreadsheet. If that is all you need, use it. The difference starts when you need to hand each person something scannable and then record that they turned up.

Where Google Forms is the better choice: long questionnaires, quizzes with grading, branching logic, and anything where you want responses inside Google Workspace with no third party involved at all.
A public web page that collects answers and writes each submission as a row in your own Google Sheet. You share it as a link or embed it on your own site. The person filling it in needs no account and installs nothing.
First name, Last name, Phone with a country-code dropdown, Email and Message. You can add, reorder, hide or delete fields at any time, and choose from short text, long text, email, phone, number, dropdown, checkbox and date.
Yes. Every submission stores the field definitions as they were at the moment it was submitted, so editing a live form never rewrites the meaning of responses you have already collected. Hiding a field is usually better than deleting it.
To a Google Sheet you own and choose. Three tracking columns are written first (submitted_at, form, submission_id), then one column per visible field, so your first form field lands in spreadsheet column D.
Yes. Turn on QR generation and every submission produces a unique check-in code, shown on the confirmation screen and included in the confirmation email. Scan it with any phone camera to record that person's arrival, in the same spreadsheet.
The second scan reports that the person has already arrived and shows the original arrival time rather than overwriting it, so a duplicate scan at a busy door cannot corrupt your record of when they actually got there.
Yes. Copy one iframe snippet into Instapage, Unbounce, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow or anywhere else that accepts HTML. An optional script resizes the frame to fit so there is no inner scrollbar, and the plain iframe still works if a page blocks scripts.
Yes. Add an HTTPS webhook URL and every submission is POSTed as JSON, with each field keyed by both its id and its visible label so a no-code tool shows readable names. A failed delivery is retried with backoff rather than lost.
Forms is part of the paid plan at 7 USD per scanning device per month, with nothing to buy per form or per submission. That covers two live forms per registered device, unlimited submissions when the confirmation email is switched off, and 2,000 confirmation emails a month plus 500 for each extra device when it is on. Passing the email allowance never rejects a response: the row still reaches your sheet and the webhook still fires, and we will raise the allowance on request at no charge. The free plan includes one form and ten trial submissions, which is enough to watch a sheet row, a QR code, a webhook and a confirmation email all arrive before you pay.
No. There is no payment collection, no seat allocation and no ticket transfer. If you are selling tickets, use a ticketing platform. If your event is free and you want to know who signed up and who turned up, this covers the whole job.
Enough to watch a row land in your sheet, a QR code reach an inbox, and a scan record an arrival — before you pay anything.
