QR to Sheets is a browser scanner link that writes every QR code and barcode scan into a Google Sheet you own. Nobody scanning and nobody being scanned needs an app or an account: a phone browser and the link are enough.

An admin connects a Google Sheet once and creates a scanner link. Anyone with that link opens it in their phone browser, allows the camera, and scans. Each scan becomes a timestamped row in the Sheet, so the record lives in a spreadsheet the team already knows how to sort, filter and share.
Alongside the scanner there are three more tools: Forms, which turns each submission into a row in your Sheet; the Events add-on, which sends QR invitations from a guest list and checks guests in at the door; and a free bulk QR code generator that needs no signup.
The people who use QR to Sheets need a record of who or what was scanned, without turning the scanning staff into software users.

Every guide is written by the QR to Sheets team and follows the same rules, because a guide that only sells is no use to the person reading it.
Scans go into a spreadsheet you own and choose. QR to Sheets can reach only the spreadsheets you pick, not the rest of your Google Drive, and the people scanning never see the Sheet itself. You can disconnect Google at any time.
Free for your first 300 scans, with one scanner link, one Sheet and one phone. Premium is 7 USD per registered device per month, with unlimited scans and links.
